基于陈潮祖“筋膜理论”论治下肢静脉曲张

Treatment of Varicose Veins of Lower Limbs Based on Chen Chaozu’s“Fascia Theory”

文章遵陈潮祖教授“筋膜理论”分型辨治下肢静脉曲张。湿邪行于脉中,阻滞气机,肝失疏泄则久而化热,热邪煎熬津液,筋膜失于濡养而弛张失调为发病之基;下肢静脉曲张以下肢发病,脾主四肢,今肝脾失和,肝失疏泄而脾运化无权,气血不生则肝不能藏血以濡养筋膜,此为疾病的加重因素;“肝主身之筋膜”,肾水不能滋养肝木,一则肝不能升发,筋膜弛张不能,二则肝不得柔,筋膜失于濡养,此为疾病的最终环节。其治以肝为核心,使筋膜得以濡养,恢复筋膜之弛张,内外同治。

This paper discusses the classification and treatment of varicose veins of lower limbs according to Professor Chen Chaozu’s“Fascia theory”.Dampness in the vein,block Qi,Liver Qi is drainage,Heat over time,Heat suffering body fluid,Fascia can’t relax and dysfunction as the basis of the disease;Lower extremity varicose veins occur in lower extremities,and the Spleen is dominant in the limbs.At present,the Liver and Spleen are disharmonized,and the Liver has no right to disperse and transport Spleen.If Qi and blood are not generated,the Liver cannot store blood to nourish the Fascia,which is an aggravating factor of the disease.“Liver is in charge of Fascia”,Kidney Water can not nourish the Liver wood,the Liver can not play its role,Fascia can not relax,the Liver can not be soft,and Fascia is also dysfunctional,so this is the final stage of the disease.The substantial treatment focus on Liver,only in that way the Fascia can be nursed,and restore the relaxation of Fascia.
