Professor Liang Fanrong’s Experience in Treatment of Infertility of Premature Ovarian Failure via Acupuncture and Moxibustion

卵巢早衰是导致不孕的重要原因,病因症候复杂,诊治难度高。梁繁荣教授熟读经典、精通医理,在诊治卵巢早衰性不孕方面经验丰富,认为该病以肾虚为本,涉及经脉脏腑气血失调,治疗上重视经络辨证,以补肾、调气机、畅经脉为旨,针对月经各周期的阴阳气血变化,灵活施术,最终实现经水调畅、孕育正常。

Premature ovarian failure(POF),a disease with high incidence and challenging to diagnose and treat,is the main cause of infertility.Professor Liang Fanrong,a master of traditional Chinese medicine classics with extensive medical knowledge,has accumulated abundant experience in diagnosing and treating POF infertility.Professor Liang holds that the disease is rooted in Kidney deficiency with Qi and Blood imbalance of the Meridians and Viscera.Therefore,he has paid great importance to the Meridian differentiation and provided corresponding treatment to invigorate the Kidney,regulate Qi movement,and smooth the Meridians.Moreover,he has modified the treatment according to the changes of Yin,Yang,Qi,and Blood in different phases of the menstrual cycle to normalize menstruation and increase pregnancy chances.
