摘要
为提高气瓶内表面的耐蚀性,采用化学镀镍磷合金的方式对气瓶内表面进行强化。对镀层的附着强度、耐蚀性及抗疲劳性能进行了检测,结果表明,镀层各项性能均满足气瓶使用要求,内壁化学镀可有效改善气瓶内壁的耐蚀性。
In order to improve the anticorrosion capability of gas cylinder’s inner surface, the inner surface was strengthened by chemical Ni-P alloy coating. The adhesive strength, corrosion resisting property and antifatigue performance of the coating were tested, the results showed that all properties of coating could meet the requirements of gas cylinders, electroless plating on the inner wall improved the anticorrosion capability of gas cylinders effectively.
