环境因素对空分设备运行影响的分析

Analysis of the Influence of Environmental Factors on the Operation of Air Separation Plant

针对环境因素对空分设备开车运行情况的影响,从气体空压机、纯化器、膨胀机三个方面进行分析,发现环境温度高会造成空压机部件磨损严重,而且温度越高水分越大,进入纯化器后因分子筛吸附效率下降,导致膨胀机堵塞,并对相应问题提出改进措施。

In view of the influence of environmental factors on the start-up operation of air separation plant,this paper analyzes from three aspects:gas air compressor,purifier and expander.It is found that high ambient temperature will cause serious wear of air compressor components,and the higher the temperature,the greater the moisture content.After entering the purifier,the adsorption efficiency of molecular sieve decreases,resulting in blockage of expander.Some improvement measures are put forward.
