中药复方制剂对实验兔感染犬小孢子菌的疗效试验研究

Efficacy of a Chinese herbal compound against Microsporum canis infection in rabbits

为观察中药复方制剂对实验兔感染犬小孢子菌的疗效,构建实验兔犬小孢子菌皮肤感染模型,分别使用药物进行治疗,并观察相关试验指标。试验设空白对照组(K)、模型对照组(M)、中药复方治疗组(CM)以及特比萘芬治疗组(T)。试验结果显示,中药复方可显著降低实验兔感染犬小孢子菌后的皮肤损伤评分(P<0.05),显著减少犬小孢子菌皮肤感染实验兔创面的犬小孢子菌数量(P<0.05),能明显改善实验兔的临床病变症状与促进组织修复,与特比萘芬治疗效果相比其综合评价差异不显著。表明中药复方制剂对实验兔感染犬小孢子菌具有显著的治疗作用,可为宠物临床上使用中西药结合治疗动物皮肤癣菌提供实验数据与理论依据。

In order to evaluate the efficacy of a Chinese herbal compound on Microsporum canis infection in rabbits,a Microsporum canis infection model of rabbit skin was developed for different treatments.The rabbits were divided into blank control group(K),model control group(M),herbal compound treatment group(CM)and terbinafine treatment group(T).The results showed that the Chinese herbal compound significantly reduced the skin damage score(P<0.05)and significantly reduced the number of Microsporum canis on the skin wounds(P<0.05),significantly improved the clinical symptoms of the rabbits and promoted tissue repair.The combined evaluation of its efficacy yielded a non-significant difference with terbinafine treatment.This study showed that the Chinese herbal compound hadsignificant therapeutic effects on experimental rabbits infected with Microsporum canis,which can provide experimental data andtheoretical basis for the use of a combination of Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of dermatophytosis in animals in thepet clinic.
