基于VOSViewer对我国痴呆患者照护研究现状的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of the Research Status of Care for Dementia Patients in China Based on VOSViewer

目的研究我国痴呆患者照护研究现状,为加快推进痴呆患者照护体系建设提供可参考的建议。方法检索中国知网等收录的关于痴呆患者照护的相关研究文献,采用文献计量分析方法、利用SPSS和VOSViewer软件进行可视化分析。结果针对痴呆患者照护的研究文献自90年代以来由快速增加到逐渐平稳减少;研究力量集中在医疗机构和院校,研究机构之间没有大范围合作关系;研究主题集中在“阿尔茨海默病”“痴呆”“老年痴呆”“照料者”“生活质量”等方面。结论为了提高痴呆患者护理效果,应当从建设数据化管理体系、加强基层照护体系建设、加强专业化照护队伍、加强科研合作等方面落实。

Objective To study the current status of care for patients with dementia in China,and to provide suggestions for accelerating the construction of care system for patients with dementia.Methods The literature on the care of dementia patients collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure was retrieved and analyzed by bibliometric analysis,SPSS and VOSViewer software.Results The research literature on the care of dementia patients increased rapidly to gradually decreased steadily since the 1990s.Research power was concentrated in medical institutions and colleges,and there was no large-scale cooperation between research institutions.Research topics focused on“Alzheimer’s disease”“dementia”“senile dementia”“caregivers”and“quality of life”.Conclusion In order to improve the nursing effect of dementia patients,we should build a data management system,strengthen the construction of primary care system,strengthen professional care team,strengthen scientific research cooperation and so on.
