瞬感扫描式动态血糖监测系统辅助胰岛素泵在社区空巢老年2型糖尿病患者治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Instantaneous Scanning Dynamic Blood Glucose Monitoring System Assisted by Insulin Pump in the Treatment of Elderly Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Empty Nest in the Community

目的探讨瞬感扫描式动态血糖监测系统辅助胰岛素泵在社区空巢老年2型糖尿病患者治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取2019年12月至2020年4月就诊于周口市中医院的120例2型糖尿病的空巢老人,按随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组。对照组接受胰岛素泵治疗,研究组接受瞬感扫描式血糖监测系统联合胰岛素泵治疗,记录并比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖控制参数、胰岛素指标及其用量、糖尿病患者自我管理行为(SDSCA)评分、血脂指标、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)和低血糖发生率。结果两组患者性别、年龄、糖尿病病程差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清内脂素、胰岛素用量、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体质量、BMI和低血糖发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组血清脂联素、胰岛素、C肽、SDSCA评分和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瞬感扫描式动态血糖监测系统辅助胰岛素泵能够有效调节社区2型糖尿病空巢老人血糖,对患者血糖管理和健康生活有积极促进作用。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of the instantaneous scanning dynamic blood glucose monitoring system assisted insulin pump in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes patients with empty nest in the community.Methods A total of 120 empty nest elderly people with type 2 diabetes who were diagnosed in Zhoukou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to April 2020 were divided into control group and research group by random table method.The control group was given insulin pump treatment,and the research group was given a transient scanning blood glucose monitoring system combined with insulin pump treatment.The blood glucose control parameters,insulin indicators and dosages,self-management behavior(SDSCA)score,blood lipid index,body mass,body mass index(BMI)and incidence of hypoglycemia of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded and compared.Results There was no significant difference in gender,age and duration of diabetes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum visfatin,insulin dosage,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,body mass,BMI and the incidence of blood glucose of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Serum adiponectin,fasting insulin,C peptide,SDSCA score and high density lipoprotein cholesterol of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The instantaneous scanning dynamic blood glucose monitoring system assisted by insulin pump can effectively regulate the blood sugar of the type 2 diabetic empty nest elderly in the community,and has a positive role in promoting blood glucose management and healthy life of patients.
