老年肝癌患者自尊水平及其相关因素

Self-esteem and Its Related Factors in Elderly Patients with Liver Cancer

目的探析老年肝癌患者自尊水平现状及其相关因素。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月收治的81例老年肝癌患者作为研究对象,于患者出院后首次复诊时采用中文版患者尊严量表(PDI)评估老年肝癌患者自尊水平,设计临床资料调查表,记录老年肝癌患者研究资料,采用线性回归分析检验老年肝癌患者自尊水平及其相关因素。结果老年肝癌患者初次至医院复查时,81例患者经评估,PDI得分60~75分,平均(70.56±6.55)分;接受化疗、创伤后成长水平低下、希望水平低下以及自理能力低下老年肝癌患者PDI评分高于保守治疗、创伤后成长水平良好、希望水平良好以及自理能力良好患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步多重线性回归分析,结果显示,接受化疗、创伤后成长水平低下、希望水平低下以及自理能力低下是老年患者自尊水平受损的相关因素。结论老年肝癌患者自尊水平受损,并且接受化疗、创伤后成长水平低下、希望水平低下以及自理能力低下可能是老年患者自尊水平受损的相关因素。

Objective To explore the self-esteem level of elderly patients with liver cancer and its related factors.Methods A total of 81 elderly patients with liver cancer treated from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The self-esteem level of elderly patients with liver cancer was evaluated by Chinese patient dignity inventory(PDI)at the first follow-up visit after discharge.The clinical data questionnaire was designed to record the research data of elderly patients with liver cancer.The self-esteem level and related factors of elderly patients with liver cancer were tested by linear regression analysis.Results When the elderly patients with liver cancer first came to the hospital for reexamination,81 patients were evaluated.The PDI score was 60-75 points,with an average of(70.56±6.55)points.The PDI scores of elderly liver cancer patients with receiving chemotherapy,low post-traumatic growth level,low hope level and low self-care ability were higher than those of patients with conservative treatment,good post-traumatic growth level,good hope level and good self-care ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).By further multiple linear regression analysis,the results showed that receiving chemotherapy,low post-traumatic growth level,low hope level and low self-care ability were the related factors of impaired self-esteem in elderly patients.Conclusion The level of self-esteem in elderly patients with liver cancer is impaired,and receiving chemotherapy,low post-traumatic growth level,low hope level and low self-care ability may be the related factors of the impairment of self-esteem in elderly patients.
