多维度模式护理在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征通气治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Multi-dimensional Nursing Mode in Ventilation Treatment of Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome

目的探析多维度模式在接受通气治疗的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿中的应用效果。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院2019年10月至2021年10月接受经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗的110例呼吸窘迫综合新生儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法平均分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组接受常规通气护理,观察组接受多维度模式护理;两组患儿均持续干预4周,比较两组患儿鼻中隔损伤程度、血气指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))]以及护理不良事件发生情况。结果观察组鼻中隔损伤程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);干预4周,两组患儿PaO_(2)高于干预前,PaCO_(2)低于干预前,且观察组PaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组前(P<0.05);干预期间,观察组护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多维度模式在呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿通气治疗护理中具有较高的应用效果,可缓解患儿鼻中隔损伤程度,改善患儿血气情况,降低护理不良事件发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional model in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome treated by ventilation.Methods A total of 110 newborns with respiratory distress syndrome who received nasal continuous positive airway pressure ventilation in the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided by a random number table method into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine ventilation nursing,and the observation group received multi-dimensional nursing,and children in both groups were intervened continuously for 4 weeks.The degree of nasal septum injury,blood gas indexes[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))]and the occurrence of nursing adverse events were compared of children in both groups.Results The degree of nasal septum injury in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,compared with before treatment,PaO_(2) of children in both groups was higher and PaCO_(2)was lower.Compared with the control group,PaO_(2) in the observation group was higher and PaCO_(2)was lower(P<0.05).During the intervention period,the incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional model has higher application effect in the ventilation treatment and nursing of newborns with respiratory distress syndrome.It can alleviate the degree of nasal septum injury,improve the blood gas situation of children,and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
