摘要
当前教师培训的重点和难点依然是实效性问题。查找出培训对象的参与度、内容的契合度、优质资源的集结度、培训成果的转换度等影响因素,提出加强培训模式的多样性、内容的适切性、资源的集优性、成果转化的实践性等策略,将有助于增强教师培训的实效性,进而促进教师专业化发展。
Effectiveness remains to be the focal and difficult point in current teacher tutoring. Two tactics are to be conducive to improving the tutoring effectiveness of the teaching staff and thus promoting their professionalism: searching for such ingredients as the trainees’ participation, content compliance, integrity of good sources, and application of tutoring findings to production;proposing methods to prompt the diversification of tutoring modes, content compliance, integrity of good sources and application of tutoring findings to production.
