摘要
学习质量评价人员的素质关系着教育教学评价的质量。对学习质量评价人员进行培训,要严格选拔培训学员,明确培训目标;实施分级培训,多种培训方式结合;师资要实现引领作用,培训内容形成系统性;规范管理与人文服务相结合。
The diathesis of learning quality evaluators is related to the quality of education and teaching evaluation,whose tutoring is to be centered in the following four aspects:strict selection with well-defined goals,classified and multiple training methods,trainers’leading role as well as systematic content,and integration of regulation and humanistic services.
