“四跨界三融合”应用型本科经管类人才培养——以龙岩学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 新文科背景下应用型本科院校经管类人才的培养强调学科交叉、文理相融,同时需要立足地方经济的发展,满足行业企业对人才的需求。分析新文科对应用型本科院校经管类人才培养的新要求,以龙岩学院为例提出应用型本科院校经管类人才“四跨界三融合”培养路径。应用型本科院校经管类新文科人才培养要在跨学科专业交叉融合、跨主体协同育人、跨思维界树人、跨院校学习交流的基础上,实施产教融合、教科研实践融合、双创教育与专业教育融合,从而培养复合型新商科应用性专业人才。 Under the background of new liberal arts,the cultivation of management talents in applied universities emphasizes the interdisciplinary and the integration of arts and science.At the same time,it needs to be based on the development of local economy and meet the needs of industrial enterprises for talents.Based on the analysis of the new requirements of the new liberal arts for the training of management talents in applied universities,this paper takes Longyan University as a case study to propose the training path of“four cross-borders and three integrations”of management talents in applied universities.On the basis of interdisciplinary and professional cross integration,cross subject collaborative education,cross thinking and cross academic learning and exchange,the training of new liberal arts talents in applied universities should implement the integration of production and education,the integration of teaching and research practice,and the integration of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education and professional education,so as to cultivate compound new business application-oriented professionals.
