闽西南协同推动生态现代化建设路径探索

Realization Path of Coordinated Promotion of Ecological Modernization in Southwest Fujian

生态现代化建设是可持续经济发展模式的重要支点。区域协同共建有利于打破生态治理切割模式,推动地方的生态现代化建设。由于地方政府之间、地方政府与各利益主体间存在生态博弈的现象,闽西南协同发展区在协同合作上面临跨域生态治理整体性与差异性共存、产业低碳转型难与企业技术创新难并存、生态产品市场不够健全和生态消费的调控机制薄弱的问题。需要通过利益融合推进生态现代化的跨域合作,在协同共建机制下推动闽西南协同区的产业低碳转型;以生态产品为导向,推动消费端的生态产品选择,建立以市场为主体、政府政策为导向的生态现代化建设机制,最终实现区域协同助推闽西南五市生态现代化建设目标。

The ecological modernization is an important fulcrum of sustainable economic development model.Regional collaborative construction is conducive to breaking the separating mode of ecological governance and promoting local ecological modernization.However,due to the phenomenon of ecological game between local governments,local governments and various stakeholders,southwest Fujian collaborative development zone faces the problems of cross regional ecological governance integrity and differences,industrial low-carbon transformation and enterprise technological innovation,imperfect ecological product market and weak regulation mechanism of ecological consumption.It is necessary to promote the cross regional cooperation of ecological modernization through the integration of interests,and promote the industrial low-carbon transformation of the collaborative zone in southwest Fujian.An ecological modernization mechanism dominated by the market and guided by government policies with the combination of ecological products and the consumption choices should be established,so as to finally achieve the goal of regional synergy to promote the ecological modernization of the five cities in southwest Fujian.
