摘要
从治理能力现代化视角出发,结合习近平总书记提出解决实际问题能力的重要论述,探究基层年轻干部提升“七种能力”的问题,是新时代干部队伍建设的重要课题,是适应基层治理能力现代化的迫切需要。基层年轻干部必备的“七种能力”是一个各自独立又互相贯通的有机整体,共同合力发挥作用。提升“七种能力”不单依靠来自个人主观能动性的内在驱动力,也需要组织培养的外部推动力。
From the perspective of the modernization of governance ability,it is an important topic for the construction of the cadre team in the new era and an urgent need to adapt to the modernization of grass-roots governance ability to explore the problem of young cadres at the grass-roots level to improve their“seven abilities”,in combination with the important statement of General Secretary Xi Jinping about ability to solve practical problems.The“seven abilities”necessary for young cadres at the grassroots level are an organic whole that is independent and interconnected,and work together to play a role.The promotion of“seven abilities”not only depends on the internal driving force from individual subjective initiative,but also requires the external driving force of organizational training.
