协同治理视阈下近邻党建路径探析——基于云霄县创新实践分析

Path of Neighborhood Party Construction from Perspective of Collaborative Governance——an Analysis of Innovation Practice Based on Yunxiao County

近邻党建是基层党建的升级迭代,与协同治理理念高度契合。福建云霄县融入协同治理理念形成“云霄模式”近邻党建品牌。这一模式需要在主体引领、党建效能共享等方面进一步优化、提升和改进。基于对云霄近邻党建模式创新实践的分析,提出协同治理视阈下进一步推进近邻党建的路径:优化主体引领作用、优化行动机制构建、优化党建队伍素质、优化党建工作保障。

Neighborhood Party construction is an upgrading iteration of grass-roots Party construction,which is highly consistent with the concept of collaborative governance.Yunxiao County in Fujian integrates the concept of coordinated governance to form the“Yunxiao Mode”brand of neighboring Party construction.This model needs to be further optimized,improved and improved in terms of strengthening the leading role of the main body and strengthening the sharing of Party construction efficiency.Based on the analysis of innovation practice of Yunxiao Neighborhood Party construction model,the paper proposes the path to further promote the Neighborhood Party construction from the perspective of collaborative governance:optimizing the leading role of the main body,optimizing the construction of the action mechanism,optimizing the quality of the Party construction team,and optimizing the guarantee of the Party construction work.
