摘要
城市地下综合管廊由于混凝土干缩、抗震等要求主体结构之间设置变形缝,然而作为地下结构长期受到地下水影响,尤其是在喀斯特地貌地下水分布不均匀,对变形缝的止水提出了更高要求。采用先进管廊变形缝节点的三维BIM模拟技术及现场施工外贴式、中埋式多道止水设施,同时利用闭孔泡沫板、无缝钢管内套钢筋并填充牛油等施工措施来达到地下综合管廊变形缝的止水效果。通过上述多层次、刚柔结合止水措施解决了地下综合管廊工程变形缝处防水问题及线性结构差异沉降设计施工的难点,满足了城市管廊地下防水功能性需求。
The urban underground comprehensive pipeline gallery requires deformation joints between the main structures due to concrete shrinkage and earthquake resistance.However,as an underground structure,it has been affected by groundwater for a long time,especially in karst landforms where the distribution of groundwater is uneven.Require.This time,the use of advanced three-dimensional BIM simulation technology of deformed joints of pipe corridors and on-site construction of externally attached and embedded multi-channel water stop facilities,while using closed-cell foam boards,seamless steel pipes with steel bars and filling with butter and other construction measures To achieve the water stop effect of the deformation joint of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery.Through the above-mentioned multi-level,rigid and flexible water stop measures,the waterproof problem at the deformation joints of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery project and the differential settlement design of the linear structure are solved.
