黄土区高压旋喷桩复合地基承载力研究 被引量:3

摘要 为提升高压旋喷桩加固黄土区涵洞的工后承载力,对高压旋喷桩的成桩原理进行分析。以兰州某公路连接线涵洞旋喷桩复合地基加固为依托,采用现场实测的方法,对该工程3根成桩进行了承载力研究,结果表明:通过提高注浆压力、降低转速及提升速度,3个试验桩单桩复合地基承载力特征值均达到了350 kPa,在最大试验荷载700 kPa下的沉降也控制在85 mm左右,旋喷桩复合地基大大提高了黄土地基的承载能力,研究成果可为黄土路基涵洞基底进行旋喷桩加固的承载力提升效果提供参考。 In order to improve the post construction bearing capacity of culvert reinforced by high-pressure jet grouting pile in loess area,the pile forming principle of high-pressure jet grouting pile is analyzed.Based on the reinforcement of composite foundation with jet grouting pile for culvert of a highway connecting line in Lanzhou,the bearing capacity of three piles in the project is studied by field measurement.The results show that the characteristic values of bearing capacity of single pile composite foundation of three test piles reach 350kPa by increasing grouting pressure,reducing rotation speed and lifting speed,and the settlement under the maximum test load of 700kPa is controlled at 85mm The research results can provide a reference for improving the bearing capacity of loess subgrade culvert base reinforced by jet grouting pile.
