摘要
针对桥梁建造过程中对接焊缝常规无损检测难点,基于相控阵超声(PAUT)和衍射时差(TOFD)检测技术的特点,开发利用两种技术进行联合检测的工艺方法,通过软件模拟分析,对桥梁面板对接焊缝进行联合检测设计,并在对应的验证试板上进行设计方案测试和调整,得出最佳检测设计并应用于现场实际焊缝检测。
For the difficulties of traditional non-destructive testing of butt welds in the process of bridge construction,based on the characteristics of phased array ultrasonic(PAUT)and time of flight diffraction(TOFD)testing technologies,a process method for joint detection using these two kinds of technologies is developed.According to software simulation analysis,the joint testing design of butt welds on bridge is carried out.The design scheme is tested and adjusted on the corresponding verification test plates.Finally,the best detection design is obtained and applied to the on-site weld detection.
