多学科团队协作干预在防治老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者误吸中的应用效果

Application effect of multidisciplinary team cooperation intervention in the prevention and treatment of aspiration in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨多学科团队协作干预对防治老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者误吸的效果。方法采用便利抽样法将2020年1月—2021年7月桂林医学院第二附属医院收治的84例诊断为慢性阻塞性肺疾病且有误吸风险的患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施多学科团队协作干预,比较2组患者干预3个月后误吸及吸入性肺炎发生率、SSA评分及护理满意度。结果观察组的误吸发生率和吸入性肺炎发生率分别为7.14%,0,对照组的误吸发生率和吸入性肺炎发生率分别为23.81%,16.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的SSA评分为(23.69±3.76)分,低于对照组的(26.50±4.30)分(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度评分为(94.71±2.16)分,高于对照组的(91.11±1.82)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科团队协作干预能够有效降低老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者误吸及吸入性肺炎的发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team cooperation intervention on the prevention and treatment of aspiration in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods By convenient sampling,84 patients with COPD and the risk of aspiration were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented multidisciplinary team cooperation intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidences of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia and SSA scores of the two groups were compared between the two groups after 3 months of intervention.The nursing satisfaction of the patients was investigated by questionnaire.Results The incidence of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia in the observation group were 7.14% and 0 respectively,and that in the control group were 23.81% and 16.67% respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The SSA score of the observation group was(23.69±3.76),which was lower than that of the control group(26.50±4.30)(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was(94.71±2.16)and that of the control group was(91.11±1.82).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary team cooperation intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing.
