Study on the influence of 6 Sigma management mode on the management quality of surgical instruments in disinfection supplycenter

目的探讨6Sigma管理模式对消毒供应中心手术器械管理质量的影响。方法福建医科大学附属闽东医院2020年1月起在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中应用6Sigma模式,选取2019年1月—12月、2020年1月—12月两阶段收到的手术器械各100包,对6Sigma管理模式应用前后的管理质量及满意度进行比较。结果应用后手术器械管理质量明显高于应用前(P<0.05);应用后医护人员管理满意度明显高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论6Sigma管理模式在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的应用,能有效改进管理质量,提升管理满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of 6 Sigma management mode on the management quality of surgical instruments in disinfection supply center.Methods The application of the 6 Sigma model in the management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center from January 2020,selected 100 sets of surgical instruments received from January to December 2019 and January to December 2020,respectively.The management quality and satisfaction of the 6 Sigma management model before and after application are compared.Results The quality of surgical instruments after application was significantly higher than that before application(P<0.05).The satisfaction of surgical equipment management of medical staff after application was significantly higher than that before application(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 6 Sigma management mode in the management of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center can effectively improve the management quality and improve the management satisfaction.
