预见性护理干预在泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术并发症预防中的应用价值研究

Application value of predictive nursing intervention in nursing of complications after laparoscopic surgery in urology

目的探究预见性护理干预在泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术并发症预防中的应用价值。方法选择玉林市第一人民医院手术室2017年5月—2018年5月收治的50例行泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成2组,对照组19例、治疗组31例。对照组采用常规护理,治疗组采用预见性护理干预,对比2组患者术后并发症发生率、切口疼痛评分、住院时间及对护理工作的总满意率。结果治疗组患者术后并发症发生率、切口疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,术后住院时间显著短于对照组,对护理工作的总满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术护理中应用预见性护理干预,不仅能有效降低术后并发症发生率,缩短康复时间,还能提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the value of predictive nursing intervention in nursing complications of laparoscopic surgery after urology.Methods From May 2017 to May 2018,50 patients treated by laparoscopy after urology were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=19)and treatment group(n=31).The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the treatment group was treated with predictive nursing intervention.The incidence of postoperative complications,incision pain score,hospitalization time and total satisfaction rate of nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group The score of incision pain in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the postoperative hospitalization time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing intervention in postoperative laparoscopic nursing of urology can not only effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and shorten the recovery time of prognosis,but also improve the satisfaction of nursing work.
