显微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of microvascular decompression in the treatment of hemifacial spasm

目的探讨显微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2020年1月东海县人民医院收治的面肌痉挛患者80例,均采取显微血管减压术治疗。观察其临床疗效与安全性。结果治疗总有效率为96.25%,并发症总发生率为20.00%。患者术后面肌痉挛强度等级较术前明显下降,差异显著(P<0.05)。术后随访1年,复发率为2.60%。结论针对面肌痉挛患者采取显微血管减压术治疗效果显著,术后并发症少,未出现不可逆损伤,面肌痉挛强度显著降低,且复发情况少。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of microvascular decompression in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Methods A total of 80 patients with hemifacial spasm who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2020 were selected and treated with microvascular decompression.Observe its clinical efficacy and safety.Results The total efficiency of treatment was 96.25%.The overall incidence of complications was 20.00%.Six months after the operation,the hemifacial spasm intensity classification of the patients was significantly lower than that before the operation,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After postoperative follow-up for 1 year,a recurrence rate was 2.60%.Conclusion For patients with facial spasm treated with microvascular decompression,the treatment effect is significant,less postoperative complications,symptomatic treatment can effectively improve the symptoms,no irreversible injury,the intensity of facial spasm is significantly reduced,and the recurrence is less.
