摘要
由于三电平1140V变流器的机侧与电机连接,机侧相线与地之间会出现带有高达2200V的尖峰脉冲宽度调制(PWM)电压波形。基于这一特性,给出了两种用于三电平1140V变流器机侧电涌保护器(SPD)的设计方案,并通过试验对方案一和方案二进行启动电压和电压保护水平的测试对比。对比结果发现,两个方案在2200V的尖峰PWM下都能防止SPD频繁导通;方案二在变流器遭雷电浪涌入侵时,电压保护水平更低,保护效果更好。
Since the machine side of the three-level 1140 converter is connected to the generator,a spike PWM voltage waveform up to 2200 V appears between the machine side phase line and ground.Based on this characteristic,it gives two design schemes for the surge protection device on the side of the three-level 1140 converter,and compares the results of the two schemes in the test of trigger voltage and voltage protection level.Based on the comparative analysis,it is found that both schemes can prevent SPD from frequent conduction under spike PWM of 2200 V;Scheme 2 has a lower voltage protection level and better protection when the converter is invaded by lightning surges.
