煤矿用胶轮两臂锚杆锚索钻车是一种新型机械化修巷设备,是针对修巷作业工作量大、作业点分布零散、劳动强度大、效率低、安全性差等问题而设计研发的。该钻车在结构功能上结合无轨胶轮车机动性灵活和履带吊篮式锚杆钻车支护功能全面的优势,一次定位可实现顶锚杆锚索及帮锚杆的全断面修巷作业,同时兼有探底板、迎头探等功能,解决了修巷作业长期以来依靠单体锚杆钻机进行锚杆锚索支护的问题。

Coal mine rubber wheel two-arm anchor rod anchor cable drill truck is a new type of mechanized lane repair equipment,which is designed and developed for the problems of large workload of lane repair,scattered distribution of operation points,large labor intensity,low efficiency,poor safety and other problems.The drill truck combines the advantages of the flexible maneuverability of the trackless rubber wheel and the comprehensive support function of the tracked gondola anchor drill truck in terms of structural function,and can realize the full-sectional lane repair operation of the top anchor cable and the anchor rod in one positioning,and at the same time has the functions of bottoming plate and head-on exploration,which solves the problem of long-term reliance on single anchor drilling rig for anchor rod and anchor cable support.
