摘要
根据3311工作面煤层赋存条件,结合大采高支架和分层开采工艺的特点,设计了两柱掩护式大采高铺网液压支架。在支架掩护梁后部设置尾梁,在后连杆、底座上设置定滑轮装置。在移架过程中完成铺网,提高了效率,降低了劳动强度。
According to the coal seam occurrence conditions of 3311 working face,combined with the characteristics of large mining height and slicing mining technology,a two-leg large mining height shield hydraulic support with lapping was designed.The tail beam is set at the rear of the shield beam of the support,fixed pulley device is installed at rear connecting rod and base.During shield advancing,it can finish lapping,which improves efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
