摘要
通过对比梭阀型与旁通阻尼型的先导控制方式,分析了2种控制方式的工作原理,比较了两者的各自特点,并加以试验验证进行分析研究,总结出旁通阻尼型电液双控在单液控模式时存在先导回油背压升高的问题,为设计和使用者提供了解决思路。
By comparing the pilot control mode of shuttle valve type and by-pass damping type,analyzed the working principle of the two control modes,compared each respective characteristics,analyzed and researched the experimental verification.Summarized that by-pass damping type electrohydraulic dual control mode exists problems of pilot oil return back pressure increase in single hydraulic control mode,which provides a solution for designers and users.
