装载机铲装轨迹及作业阻力实时测试方法研究

摘要 对装载机铲装作业过程进行分析,通过开发装载机整机位移实时检测装置并基于销轴传感器和位移传感器构建了装载机铲装轨迹及作业阻力测试装置,研究了基于测试数据的装载机铲装轨迹及作业阻力计算方法。测试试验结果表明,通过该方法能准确获得装载机的铲装轨迹、作业过程中的铲斗转角、装载机水平和竖直方向的作业阻力等实时测试数据。 Analyzed the loading process of the loader,developed the real time displacement detection device of the loader,and constructed the loading track and working resistance test device based on the pin shaft sensor and displacement sensor,and studied the calculation method of the loader loading track and working resistance based on the test data.The test results show that the method can accurately obtain the real time test data such as the loading trajectory of the loader,the bucket angle in the process of operation,and the working resistance in the horizontal and vertical directions of the loader.
