采煤机与液压支架相对位置精确检测技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对采煤机与液压支架相对位置精确检测问题,提出一种基于射频识别技术(RFID)的定位方法。该技术将RFID发射装置安装在采煤机上,将RFID接收装置安装在液压支架上,然后顺槽监控中心对接收装置接收到的射频信号功率进行计算和优化,转换为采煤机位置坐标,从而实现采煤机与液压支架相对位置精确定位。运用RFID定位技术于红柳林煤矿综采工作面进行试验验证,结果表明,该技术实现了采煤机与液压支架相对位置的精确定位,为液压支架自动跟机移架奠定良好基础。 Aiming at the problem of accurate detection of relative position for shearer and hydraulic support,a positioning method based on radio frequency identication(RFID) was proposed.The positioning technology installs the RFID transmitting device on the shearer and installs the RFID receiving device on the hydraulic support.Then the monitoring center along the trough calculates and optimizes the power of the radio frequency signal received by the receiving device,in order to convert it into the position coordinates of the shearer,so as to realize the accurate positioning of relative position for shearer and hydraulic support.The RFID positioning technology was used to test and verify in the fully mechanized mining face of Hongliulin coal mine.The results show that this technology can realize the accurate positioning of relative position for shearer and hydraulic support,which lays a good foundation for hydraulic support automatically moving with the shearer.
