摘要
以某矿区装载系统箕斗为研究对象,运用EDEM软件建立离散元模型,以5种不同形状规格煤炭颗粒模型为试验对象,结合多种工况参数的设定,对系统中法向和切向装载冲击载荷进行模拟分析;随后选取3种不同煤粒颗粒探究箕斗衬板冲击磨损的影响规律。最后通过模拟数据的结果分析,提出提高箕斗性能的建议和有效减少箕斗维护的科学方法。
Taking the skip of a mining area loading system as the research object,the discrete element model was established by EDEM,and taking the coal particle model of five shapes and specifications as the test object,the normal and tangential loading impact load in the system in combination with the setting of various working conditions parameters was simulated and analyzed.Then three different coal particles were selected to explore the impact wear law of skip liner.Finally,through analysis the simulation data results,the suggestions to improve the performance of the skip and the scientific methods to effectively reduce the maintenance of the skip were proposed.
