摘要
针对目前煤矿井下乳化液配比存在浓度误差较大、数据反馈及时性欠缺、自动化程度有待提升、不利于煤矿设备高质量高稳定性运行的问题,研发一种基于多级流量调节的乳化液自动配液方法。该方法采用多种传感器采集数据,反馈至PLC控制器进行数据处理,控制多功能电液流量控制阀4个节流口开启不同组合,精准输出乳化油流量,与特定流量的水在混液器中相混合后,根据开启节流堵组合的不同,形成浓度区间在0.5%~6%的乳化液,然后传感器自动反馈数据至PLC控制器,自动循环控制,直至达到设定浓度值。
In view of the problems of large concentration error,lack of timeliness of data feedback and need to be improved in the proportion of emulsion in underground coal mine,which is not conducive to the high-quality and stable operation of coal mine equipment,an automatic emulsion distribution method based on multi-stage flow regulation was developed.In this method,a variety of sensors were used to collect data and feed back to the PLC controller for data processing.The four throttles of the multi-functional electro-hydraulic flow control valve are controlled to open different combinations to accurately output the emulsified oil flow.After mixing with the water of specific flow in the mixer,the emulsion with a concentration range of 0.5%-6% is formed according to the different opening throttling and blocking combinations.Then,the sensor will automatically feed back the data to the PLC controller for automatic cyclic control until the set concentration value is reached.
