摘要
针对刮板输送机的三级齿轮传动系统,在Creo中依据参数化设计理念建立直齿圆柱齿轮、锥齿轮、直齿圆柱内齿轮的参数化模型。在此基础上,建立三级齿轮传动系统的仿真模型,最后进行了运动学仿真和动力学分析,为后续齿轮传动系统的优化设计打下研究基础。
Aiming at the three-stage gear transmission system of scraper conveyor,the parametric models of spur gear,bevel gear and spur internal gear were established in Creo according to the parametric design concept.On this basis,the simulation model of the three-stage gear transmission system was established,and finally the kinematics simulation and dynamic analysis were carried out,which lays a research foundation for the optimal design of the subsequent gear transmission system.
