摘要
悬臂式掘进机因其广泛的适用性、易维护性、强可靠性在我国井工煤矿的开采中得到了广泛的应用。为匹配不断快速发展的采煤工艺,对现有的掘进工艺也提出了新的挑战。老石旦煤矿根据掘进工作面地质条件,充分利用现有的辅助设备,引进了两臂掘锚一体机。在分析该设备液压钻机布置特点、性能参数后,总结出了一套高效的快速掘进工艺,为以后掘锚一体机的推广应用积累了经验。
Cantilever roadheader has been widely used in the mining of underground coal mines in China because of its wide applicability,easy maintenance and strong reliability.In order to match the rapidly developing mining technology,it also poses new challenges to the existing tunneling technology.According to the geological conditions of the tunneling face in Laoshidan coal mine,made full use of the existing auxiliary equipment,and introduced the two-arm digging anchor integrated machine.After analyzing the layout characteristics and performance parameters of the hydraulic drilling rig of the equipment,a set of efficient and rapid tunneling technology was summarized,which accumulates experience for the popularization and application of the digging anchor integrated machine in the later.
