摘要
介绍了掘进机在工程实践中常见的几种调速方式,分析了每种调速方式的优缺点,提出了将直接转矩控制技术应用于掘进机截割电机调速。分析相关因素对临界转速的影响规律,将岩石内聚力作为环境变量来模拟截割过程中岩石硬度变化,利用仿真软件搭建了直接转矩仿真模型,通过改变内聚力大小分析截割电机临界转速的变化,研究分析直接转矩控制技术作为截割电机调速控制策略的可行性。
Introduced several common speed regulation modes of roadheader in engineering practice,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each speed regulation mode,and put forward the application of direct torque control technology to the speed regulation of cutting motor of roadheader.Analyzed the influence law of relevant factors on the critical speed,took the rock cohesion as the environmental variable to simulate the change of rock hardness in the cutting process,built the direct torque simulation model by using the simulation software,analyzed the change of the critical speed of the cutting motor by changing the cohesion,and studied and analyzed the feasibility of the direct torque control technology as the speed regulation control strategy of the cutting motor.
