煤矿基于AI智能视频的带式输送机监测保护系统 被引量:8

摘要 目前大多数矿井主煤流运输系统建设集中控制系统由地面监控室统一操作,但大多数缺少煤流量的监测,或监测后缺少与控制系统之间的联动,未实现有煤跑得快、无煤跑得慢的智能节能控制。因此在煤矿建立主运输系统图像识别保护和煤流量智能调速系统能够解决传统工业电视监控系统因为一些固有因素的限制而带来的许多问题,缩短突发事件响应时间,提高报警系统的精确度,实现输送带安全、高效、节能运输。为煤矿企业的安全生产提供保障。 At present,the main coal flow transportation system of most mines is built with centralized control system,which is operated uniformly by the ground monitoring room,but most of them lack the detection of coal flow,or the linkage with the control system after detection,and the intelligent energy saving control of running fast with coal and slow without coal is not realized.Therefore,establishing the image recognition and protection of the main transportation system and the intelligent speed regulation system of coal flow in coal mine can solve many problems caused by the limitations of some inherent factors in the traditional industrial TV monitoring system,shorten the response time of emergencies,improve the accuracy of the alarm system,and realize the safe,efficient and energy saving belt transportation,which provides guarantee for the safe production of coal mining enterprises.
