溃疡性结肠炎活动期中医证型与血液高凝状态相关性研究

Research on the Correlation between Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Types and Blood Hypercoagulability of Ulcerative Colitis in Active Stage

目的 通过对凝血指标的分析,探讨不同证型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)活动期患者与血液高凝状态的相关性。方法 选取81例UC活动期患者,通过中医四诊进行辨证分型,采集患者血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)的数据进行分析,比较各证型与凝血指标间的关系。结果 大肠湿热证组患者PLT数值高于肝郁脾虚证、寒热错杂证、脾虚湿蕴证组,MPV数值低于肝郁脾虚证、寒热错杂证、脾虚湿蕴证组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 UC活动期大肠湿热证与血液高凝状态存在相关性。

Objective To research the correlation between different traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) syndrome types and blood hypercoagulability of ulcerative colitis( UC) in active stage by analyzing the coagulation indexes.Methods A total of 81 patients with UC in active stage were selected.Through the four diagnosis of TCM syndrome differentiation and classification,the data of PLT,MPV,APTT,PT and FIB were collected and analyzed.The relationship between each TCM syndrome type and coagulation index was compared.Results The PLT value of large intestine dampness-heat syndrome group was higher than that of liver depression and spleen deficiency,cold and heat mixed syndrome and spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome group,while the MPV value was lower than that of liver depression and spleen deficiency,cold and heat mixed syndrome and spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome group,and the difference had statistical significance( P< 0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between dampness-heat syndrome of large intestine and blood hypercoagulability of UC in active stage.
