半夏泻心汤治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

Clinical Study on Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Spleen-stomach Dampness Syndrome

目的 观察脾胃湿热型CAG(慢性萎缩性胃炎)采用半夏泻心汤治疗的临床效果。方法 将2019年10月—2021年3月收治的脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者78例,经由随机数字表法,将患者均等分为对照组、治疗组,所有入组对象Hp阳性者均行抗Hp治疗,同时前者以个体化原则为指导,行常规西医疗法,后者在常规西医治疗基础上加半夏泻心汤,疗程均为3个月,观察2组患者的临床症状积分、胃镜下病理变化、幽门螺杆菌的清除率及胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、胃泌素-17(G-17)的变化,并进行安全性评价。结果 治疗结束,在临床症状积分、胃镜下黏膜组织评分、PGⅠ、PGⅡ、G-17与幽门螺杆菌的清除率上,相较对照组,治疗组皆表现出优势(P<0.05)。结论 半夏泻心汤用于脾胃湿热型CAG的治疗,可使患者临床症状显著改善,胃黏膜萎缩减轻,对胃功能有改善作用,具有良好安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis( CAG) with Spleen-stomach dampness syndrome.Methods 78 patients with CAG of spleen-stomach dampness syndrome from October 2019 to March2021 were equally divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method.All Hp positive subjects received anti-Hp treatment,while the former was guided by the principle of individualization and received conventional western medicine treatment,and the latter was added Banxia Xiexin decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.The course of treatment was 3 months.Clinical symptom score,pathological changes under gastroscope,helicobacter pylori clearance rate and changes of pepsinogen I( PG I),pepsinogen II( PG II),gastrin-17( G-17) in 2 groups were observed,and safety evaluation was conducted.Results At the end of treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group showed advantages in clinical symptom score,mucosal tissue score under gastroscope,clearance rate of PG I,PG II,G-17and HELICobacter pylori( P< 0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of spleen-stomach dampness syndrome CAG can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce gastric mucosa atrophy,improve gastric function,has a good safety.
