推拿联合肩七针治疗肩周炎临床观察

Evaluation on the Clinical Effect of Massage Combined with Nape Seven Needles in the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的观察推拿联合肩七针治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将60例肩周炎患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。观察组(30例)予推拿联合肩七针治疗,对照组(30例)予推拿手法治疗。2组均治疗14 d为一个周期。通过比较2组治疗前后肩关节疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肩关节活动功能评分(CMS)来观察各组疗效。结果2组治疗后患者肩关节疼痛评分、活动功能评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组各项功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论推拿联合肩七针治疗肩周炎疗效较好且易操作,具有实施价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional massage therapy combined with nape seven needles in treating periarthritis of shoulder.Methods Sixty patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into two groups by randomly number method.Patients in observation group(30 cases)were given traditional massage combined with nape seven needles therapy,while patients in control group(30 cases)were given conventional massage therapy.Both groups were treated for 14 days as a period of treatment.After treatment,the pain(visual pain score,VAS),shoulder function(constant murly score,CMS)and clinical curative effect of the two groups were accounted.Results After treatment,the scores of shoulder pain and motion function in 2 groups was improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,functional scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional massage combined with nape seven needles in treating periarthritis of shoulder is effective and easy to operate.
