中药热奄包治疗慢性鼻炎临床观察

Observation on the Effect of Chinese Medicine Fomentation Package in the Treatment of Chronic Rhinitis

目的 观察中药热奄包疗法对慢性鼻炎患者的临床疗效。方法 择取就诊于厦门市鼓浪屿干部疗养院中医科的80例慢性鼻炎患者,并随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组使用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组使用中药热奄包治疗。观察2组的临床疗效等。结果 观察组的临床疗效显著高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后,观察组的症状积分降低较对照组症状积分降低更为显著,P<0.05;2组出现不良反应概率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论 以中医理论指导开展中药热奄包疗法,可有效改善慢性鼻炎患者的鼻塞、流黏鼻涕、鼻黏膜充血等症状,且操作便捷、安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine fomentation package therapy on patients with chronic rhinitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic rhinitis in Gulangyu Cadres Sanatorium were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine fomentation package therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was significantly higher than control group( P< 0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of observation group decreased more significantly than that of control group( P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in the probability of adverse reactions between the two groups( P >0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine fomentation package therapy guided by traditional Chinese medicine theory can effectively improve the symptoms of nasal congestion,runny nose,nasal mucosa congestion and other symptoms in patients with chronic rhinitis,and the operation is convenient,safe and reliable.
