虎符铜砭刮痧对颈椎病的中医临床护理研究

Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Nursing of Hufu Tongbian Scrapping on Cervical Spondylosis

目的 探讨虎符铜砭刮痧对颈椎病的中医临床护理效果。方法 选择2019年3月—2021年4月就诊于湛江市第一中医医院的88例颈椎病患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各44例。对照组行常规护理干预,在此基础上,干预组行虎符铜砭刮痧干预。对比2组临床疗效、颈肩部疼痛程度、颈部功能障碍程度。结果 与对照组相比,干预组治疗总有效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组VAS评分、NDI评分较干预前明显降低,干预组VAS评分、NDI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 颈椎病患者行虎符铜砭刮痧干预可减轻临床症状,减轻颈肩部疼痛程度、颈部功能障碍程度,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of Hufu Tongbian scrapping on cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 88patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Zhanjiang First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,on this basis,the intervention group received Hufu Tongbian scrapping intervention.The clinical efficacy,neck and shoulder pain and neck dysfunction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the intervention group was higher,and there had statistical difference( P< 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in visual analog scale( VAS) and cervical dysfunction Index( NDI) scores between the two groups before intervention( P >0.05).After intervention,VAS and NDI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the VAS and NDI scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,and there had statistical differences( P< 0.05).Conclusion The intervention of Hufu Tongbian scrapping in patients with cervical spondylosis can relieve the clinical symptoms,the degree of neck and shoulder pain and the degree of neck dysfunction,which is worthy of clinical application.
