基于住院医师规培的中医康复专硕研究生培养方法探讨

Discussion on the Training Method of Postgraduates with Professional Degree in Rehabilitation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Standardized Training of Residents

现阶段,中国医学类专业学位硕士研究生采用专业型硕士研究生与住院医师规范化培训“双轨合一”的培养方式,以期为社会培养临床水平高、科研能力强的综合型医疗人才。基于此,此文以中医内科学康复方向专业学位硕士研究生的培养为例,结合自身教学经验和培养要求,总结出中医内科学康复方向专硕研究生“双轨合一”培养方法,以期为同行提供参考。

At present,medical professional masters’ degree adopts the “double-track integration”of both professional master’s degree and standardized training for residents,with the aim of cultivating comprehensive medical talents with high clinical level and strong scientific research ability for the society.Based on this,this article takes the training of master’s degree postgraduate in the rehabilitation direction of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine as an example.By combining our own teaching experience and training requirements,it summarizes the“double-track integration”training method of master’s degree postgraduate in the rehabilitation direction of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,hoping to provide reference for peers.
