益气复明汤联合综合干预对老年性黄斑变性患者血清氧化应激的影响

Effect of Yiqi Fuming Decoction Combined with Comprehensive Intervention on Serum Oxidative Stress in Age-related Macular Degeneration

目的探讨益气复明汤联合综合干预对老年性黄斑变性(AMD)患者的影响。方法使用随机数字表法将谷城县人民医院眼科收治的2019年7月—2021年7月的128例AMD患者,分为对照组和观察组,每组64例。对照组使用光动力疗法联合综合干预治疗,术后观察至出院,且干预2个月;观察组在对照组基础上联合使用益气复明汤治疗,术后观察至出院,治疗并干预2个月。比较2组治疗前后免疫细胞、血清炎性因子、血清氧化应激指标水平及中医证候积分。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组外周血Th17及血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、ROS、MDA水平,眼花头晕、目涩耳鸣、口干咽燥、腰膝酸软评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组;2组外周血Treg及血清CAT、GSH-Px水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论益气复明汤联合综合干预可有效减轻AMD患者临床症状,抑制氧化应激,减轻机体炎症反应,促进免疫功能恢复平衡。

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Fuming decoction combined with comprehensive intervention on age-related macular degeneration(AMD)patients.Methods 128 patients with AMD treated in Gucheng County People’s Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 64 patients in each group.The control group was treated with photodynamic therapy combined with comprehensive intervention.The patients were observed until discharge,and the intervention lasted for 2 months.The observation group was treated with Yiqi Fuming decoction on the basis of the control group.After operation,it was observed until discharge,and the treatment and intervention lasted for 2 months.The levels of immune cells,serum inflammatory factors,serum oxidative stress indexes and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,Th17 in peripheral blood and IL-1,IL-6 and TNF in serum of the two groups after treatment-α,the levels of ROS and MDA,dizziness,astringent eyes and tinnitus,dry mouth and pharynx,soreness and softness of waist and knee in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The levels of peripheral blood Treg,serum cat and GSH PX in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Fuming decoction combined with comprehensive intervention can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,inhibit oxidative stress,reduce the inflammatory response and promote the recovery of immune function in patients with AMD.
