中医综合疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Comprehensive Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察脱敏止嚏方联合中药洗鼻综合疗法的临床效果。方法选取就诊于菏泽医学专科学校附属医院中医科的过敏性鼻炎患者100例,采用随机对照法分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组予脱敏止嚏方联合中药洗鼻综合疗法,对照组予氯雷他定片口服或加曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗。比较治疗前后2组症状体征积分,观察临床疗效并6个月随访情况。结果2组治疗后症状、体征均有改善,治疗组优于对照组。临床疗效比较,对照组总有效率高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6个月随访治疗组复发率、复发情况均优于对照组。结论脱敏止嚏方联合中药洗鼻综合疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效较好,可有效改善症状、体征,降低复发率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tuomin Zhiti prescription combined with Chinese herbal medicine nasal irrigation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected in the outpatient clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College,and they were divided into 2 groups by randomized controlled method(with 50 cases in treatment group and 50 cases in control group).The treatment group was treated with Tuomin Zhiti prescription combined with Chinese herbal medicine nasal irrigation.The control group was treated with loratadine or triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and a 6-month follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The nasal symptoms and signs of the two groups were improved to some extent after treatment,especially in the treatment group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the total effective rate of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 6-month follow-up showed that the recurrence rate of the treatment group were better than the control group.Conclusion Tuomin Zhiti prescription combined with Chinese herbal medicine nasal irrigation is effective in treating allergic rhinitis.It can effectively improve symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
