火针结合电针治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤30例

Fire Needle Combined with Electro-acupuncture in the Treatment Of Old Ankle Sprain for 30 Cases

目的观察火针结合电针治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法总结陈旧性踝关节扭伤病例30例,采用火针点刺踝周阿是穴,每周2次,配合电针疗法,隔日1次。10 d为一个疗程,共治疗1~2个疗程。结果愈显率93.3%(28/30),总有效率达100.0%(30/30)。结论火针配合电针治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fire needle combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of old ankle sprain.Methods 30 cases of old ankle sprain were treated with fire needle to puncture Ashi point around the ankle,twice a week,with electroacupuncture therapy,once every other day.10 days are for 1 course of treatment,1~2 course of treatment altogether.Results The recovery rate was 93.3%(28/30)and the total effective rate was 100.0%(30/30).Conclusion Fire needle combined with electroacupuncture is effective in treating old ankle sprain.
