针药结合治疗胸痹伴有呃逆医案举隅

Proved Cases of the Combination of Acupuncture and Medicine in the Treatment of Chest Discomfort with Hiccup

胸痹属于临床常见的急、危、重症,伴发呃速时更是重中之重,过去治疗此病,多采用中药内服的方法,效果不理想。笔者在研习岐轩脉法和朱氏头皮针之后,在治疗患者出现胸痹伴有呃逆的时候,针、药并用,收到了不错的疗效。此文通过岐轩脉法和朱氏头皮针的结合,探索出治疗胸痹伴有呃逆疾病的独特的治疗方法。针、药并用是提高临床疗效的可行之路,也必将引领未来治疗疾病的方向。

Chest discomfort and hiccup are common clinical acute,critical,severe,the occurrence of both is the most important,in the past,the treatment of this disease,most of the traditional Chinese medicine oral administration,the effect is not ideal.After studying Qi Xuan pulse method and Zhu’s scalp needle,the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of patients with chest discomfort accompanied by hiccup has received a good effect.Through the combination of Qi Xuan pulse method and Zhu’s scalp needle,this paper explores a unique treatment method for chest obstruction with hiccup.The combination of acupuncture and medicine is a feasible way to improve clinical efficacy,and will lead us to the direction of disease treatment in the future.
