中医护理干预在预防膀胱肿瘤患者术后膀胱痉挛发生的应用

Analysis on the Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention in Preventing Bladder Spasm after Bladder Tumor

目的探讨中医护理干预在预防膀胱肿瘤患者术后膀胱痉挛发生中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月—2021年2月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的72例膀胱肿瘤患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各36例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组加用中医护理干预,持续干预3 d。比较2组术后膀胱痉挛发生情况及严重程度、康复情况、疼痛评分。结果观察组干预后膀胱痉挛发生率和疼痛评分低于对照组,膀胱痉挛严重程度分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组膀胱冲洗液转淡、血尿消失、导尿管留置及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组干预后疼痛评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预可降低膀胱肿瘤患者术后膀胱痉挛发生风险,减轻膀胱痉挛严重程度和疼痛程度,加快血尿消失,缩短住院时间,值得广泛应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in preventing bladder spasm in patients with bladder tumor after operation.Methods A total of 72 patients with bladder tumor admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was added with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,continuous intervention for 3 days.The occurrence,severity,recovery and pain score of postoperative bladder spasm were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative cyspasm in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the severity was better than that in the control group,the and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the bladder flushing fluid was diluted,hematuria disappeared,catheter indwelling and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the two groups after intervention was lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of bladder spasm,relieve the degree of bladder spasm and pain,speed up the disappearance of hematuria and shorten the length of hospital stay.
