自拟骨痹消止痛膏外敷治疗膝痹临床观察

Clinical Observation on External Application of Self-made Gubixiao Zhitong Ointment in the Treatment of Knee Arthralgia

目的观察运用自拟中药“骨痹消止痛膏”外敷治疗“膝痹”的临床疗效。方法选取南阳市卧龙区中医院中医特色疼痛专科自2017年9月—2020年9月门诊住院收治212例患者,根据DR影像诊断患者病灶特点进行分类,按病情轻、中、重分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ3组进行治疗观察。其中治疗组116例,分为Ⅰ组26例、Ⅱ组68例、Ⅲ组22例;对照组96例,分为Ⅰ组23例、Ⅱ组56例、Ⅲ组17例。结果治疗组治愈率、有效率均显著优于对照组,2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药“骨痹消止痛膏”外敷治疗“膝痹”疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gubixiao Zhitong ointment on knee arthralgia.Methods From September 2017 to September 2020,212 patients treated in Wolong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.According to the pathological characteristics of DR imaging diagnosis,they were divided into group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ for treatment and observation.116 cases in the treatment group were divided into 26 cases in group Ⅰ,68 cases in group Ⅱ and 22 cases in group Ⅲ.96 cases in the observation group were divided into 23 cases in group Ⅰ,56 cases in group Ⅱ and 17 cases in group Ⅲ.Results The cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The external application of Gubixiao Zhitong ointment is effective in the treatment of knee arthralgia.
