仲景八法在脾胃病中的运用

The Application of Zhongjing’s Eight Methods in the Spleen and Stomach Disease

《医学心悟》曰:“论病之情,则以寒、热、虚、实、表、里、阴、阳,八字统之。而论治病之方,则又以汗、和、下、消、吐、清、温、补,八法尽之”。中焦脾胃亦有寒、热、虚、实、表、里、阴、阳之病,故亦有汗、吐、下、和、温、清、消、补之法。《伤寒论杂病论》为“方书之祖”,八法兼备,通过归纳仲景方中不同方剂所属之法,结合现代研究,就《伤寒论杂病论》之八法治疗脾胃病进行初步探讨,旨在从不同角度探究仲景之方,总结仲景八法治疗脾胃病的理论基础,以期能够为临床治疗脾胃病提供新的思路。

Yixue Xinwu said:“On the situation of disease,with cold,heat,deficiency,excess,exterior,interior,yin,yang,eight words.On the side of cure,diaphoretic therapy,harmonization therapy,purgative therapy,elimination therapy,emetic therapy,heat-clearing therapy,warm therapy,invigoration therapy,eight ways”.Spleen and stomach also have cold,heat,deficiency,excess,exterior,interior,yin,yang diseases,so there are also diaphoretic therapy,emetic therapy,purgative therapy,harmonization therapy,warm therapy,heat-clearing therapy,elimination therapy,invigoration therapy.Shanghan Zabing Lun is“the ancestor of prescription”and has both eight methods.By summarizing the different methods of Zhongjing’s prescription and combining with modern research,this paper discusses the eight methods of spleen and stomach diseases in Shanghan Zabing Lun,aiming to explore Zhongjing’s prescriptions from different angles and summarize the theoretical basis of Zhongjing’s eight methods for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.
