慢性心力衰竭是指由于各种心脏疾病导致心功能不全的一种综合征,属于严重威胁人类健康的临床常见疾病。该疾病病死率高,临床治疗多未能取得理想效果,而中医在治疗慢性心衰患者中具有一定优势,李相中教授以中医理论为基础,结合其多年临床经验,认为慢性心衰以气虚、阳虚、阴虚为本,瘀血、水饮内停为标,具有虚实夹杂、标本俱病的特点,因此需以心肝脾肺肾五脏同调,攻补兼施,选用益气养阴、温阳利水、活血化瘀法进行治疗。李教授针对病症进行辨证分型,随证创制不同组成方加减治疗,效果显著。
