红藤散结汤治疗子宫内膜炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Hongteng Sanjie Decoction in Treating Endometritis

目的探讨红藤散结汤治疗子宫内膜炎的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取河南省中医院2020年3月—2021年3月接诊的60例子宫内膜炎患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法分为对照组和观察组(各30例),对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在此基础上加用红藤散结汤,比较2组患者临床症状消失时间(腹痛消失时间、炎症消失时间和阴道分泌物增多消失时间),治疗前、治疗3周后血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平临床治疗总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组腹痛消失时间、炎症消失时间和阴道分泌物增多消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前CRP、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组CRP、TNF-α较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后IL-2、IL-4水平较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.32,P=0.04),观察组不良反应总发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.42,P=0.52)。结论子宫内膜炎患者采用红藤散结汤治疗可有效提升临床疗效,抑制炎性因子表达,促进临床症状好转。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Hongteng Sanjie decoction in the treatment of endometritis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with endometritis admitted from March 2020 to March 2021 in Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for retrospective analysis.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group(30 cases in each).The control group was givne Levofloxacin.The observation group was given Hongteng Sanjie decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms disappeared time(abdominal pain disappearance time,inflammation disappearance time and vaginal discharge increase disappearance time),Serum inflammatory factor levels[serum Creactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-4(IL-4)levels]clinical treatment is available Efficiency and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 weeks of treatment.Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain,inflammation disappearance and vaginal discharge increase in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-2,and IL-4 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(χ^(2)=4.32,P=0.04),and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was compared with the control group.There was no significant difference between the group(χ^(2)=0.42,P=0.52).Conclusion Hongteng Sanjie decoction for patients with endometritis can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,and promote the improvement of clinical symptoms.
