Analysis on the Clinical Experience of Chief Physician Li Bin in Treating Vasospasm Angina Pectoris

李彬主任认为血管痉挛性心绞痛(Vasospastic angina,VSA)与脾脏关系密切。脾胃为后天之本,气血生化之源,脾虚健运失调可夹痰湿、瘀血致风邪内动;脾属土,肝属木,脾虚日久及肝,土虚木郁,肝阳化风,心脉拘急皆为VSA发生的主要病机。李彬主任临床治疗VSA时,以健脾益气,祛风通脉为大法,同时兼以祛湿化痰、活血化瘀、柔肝息风,标本同治,临床效果显著。

Director Li Bin believes that vasospastic angina is closely related to the spleen.Spleen and stomach are the acquired origin and the source of qi and blood biochemistry.Spleen deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis lead to internal movement of atmosphere,spleen belongs to earth,liver belongs to wood,chronic spleen deficiency can involve the liver,hyperactive liver yang causing wind,and the heart and pulse are the main pathogenesis of VSA.In the treatment of VSA,Director Li Bin mainly used invigorating spleen and invigorating qi,dispelling wind and channeling pulse,meanwhile,according to the changes of the disease,dispelling dampness and eliminating phlegm,activating blood circulation and removing stasis,softening liver and calming wind,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,which had a good clinical effect.
